We can fund more research with less money to universities and some private research to come with more cure and also use technology. For Dr. Patrick his mission and challenges are more important than jobs or comfortable living. He is persistent and mission driven. One of weaknesses of our education, is not encouraging students to come with completely different ideas than even what current systems are doing.
